BTH Investment Trust Limited identifies and purchases titled, high-potential land in strategic, fast-developing cities such as Abuja and Lagos, using company capital.
The acquired land is uploaded onto the Square Meter Trust platform and subdivided into square meters (sqm), each available for purchase per square meter
Investors register on the mobile app, complete KYC verification, and browse available projects. They can select and purchase any number of square meters based on preference and budget.
Upon successful purchase, investors receive an ownership certificate and deed of agreement. Physical inspection is also available upon request.
Through a personalized dashboard, investors can track the growth and appreciation of their land holdings, monitor project timelines, and stay informed on key updates.
The land remains under the professional management of BTH Investment Trust Limited, a subsidiary of www.bricktohomegroup.com. Investors are entitled to periodic site visits and physical inspection of the asset.
At the end of the project’s maturity period, the company facilitates resale. Investors receive their capital plus returns and may choose to reinvest into new projects directly via the platform.
